Saturday, April 18th, the Heritage Patriots ventured to Norwell High School to face the Knights in an exhibition game. After downing the Knights in both games of a doubleheader last year, the Patriots baseball team fell 14-2 in the 2015 bout. They will possibly face off later in the year during sectionals. A few positives can come from Saturday’s loss. Jacque Jacquay made his season debut by starting on the bump. Corey Gerardot also made his return after missing 3 games due to a shoulder injury when he was called to pinch hit, which resulted in a line drive to right field. The Heritage baseball team has a busy schedule with at least 20 games in the next month. Overall, the team is 4-2 and hopes to play to their potential for the remainder of the season.
